The renter’s full coverage policy must meet certain criteria for Luxury Car Rentals, including ensuring liability coverage of at least 100/300/100, $100,000 bodily injury liability insurance per person, $300,000 in bodily injury liability per accident, and $100,000 in property damage liability per accident. You will need to increase your coverage if your coverage doesn’t meet the requirements. comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum $1,000 deductible, and uninsured motorist property damage coverage with limits of $75k-$100,000, depending on the vehicle. International driver’s license permits may also be required for non-US or non-Canadian licenses.

Yes certain vehicles we can provide a driver to your trip at a per hour rate (upon request and driver availability)

All major credit cards are accepted for payment, and Zelle payments are acceptable for rentals, with the deposit secured through a credit card. Cash, prepaid debit cards, and secondary bank cards are not accepted. A security deposit authorization of $200-$1,500 US dollars will be charged and will not be immediately available after returning the vehicle, and a booking deposit of 50% of the total rental cost will be charged after verifying the reservation. This deposit will be forfeited for failure to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the rental.

Renters and all additional drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card or bank-issued debit card (for some vehicles). Moreover, the Renter must provide proof of transferable auto insurance in their name covering the full value of the rental vehicle. Unfortunately, no refunds of any kind will be provided, while the Renter is responsible for any parking, traffic, speeding, certain toll bridge tickets or any other violations issued during the rental period. In addition, the Renter is responsible for any fees, penalties, towing costs, and any other expenses associated with the rental vehicle. Unexpected circumstances can arise, resulting in a different-colored or differently-classed vehicle than reserved.

For the convenience of our clients we ask that you return the fuel the same as you received it all vehicle have the type of gas listed in the gas tank door, if the wrong gas is put in your rental your will be charged up to $600. Renters are fully responsible for any violations issued during the time the vehicle is in their possession, tow fees, impound cost, parking tickets, toll fees etc. Further, the Renter’s vehicle usage is strictly prohibited for illegal purposes, speeding, highway racing, demonstrations, rally competitions, speed festivals, endurance contests or driving on race tracks or unfurnished, unpaved territory. Any breach will constitute a total forfeiture of rental deposit.

We get it the innercity traffic could be a beast and could cause delays in your return. We understand this and as a courtesy we give our clients a grace period of 1hr on all vehicles.

Late charges range from $80-$250 per hour after the 1 hour grace period. If more than 3 hours late you will be charged an extra day rental.

A $400 recovery fee will be charged if we have to recover the rental for failure to return the vehicle.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, and violators will incur a fine of at least $400. 

Carvinci Rentals has a staff of drivers that are happy to pickup and/or deliver any of our vehicles within the city limits. A delivery fee will be calculated and charged based on the delivery/ pickup location.
